History

The company was started by the founder, Grayson Smith, in 1970 and focused on a commitment to excellence in the carpet and rug cleaning business. Over time, upholstery cleaning services were added to complement the full suite of services offered to customers. In 2007, Walter Polk became a partner with Mr. Smith with Mr. Polk providing the same excellent service. In 2021, Jonathan Neal and Adam Crawford took over the business from Mr. Polk and Mr. Smith. Today, you will receive the same great service from an experienced, on-hand, owner/operator.
